Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping

Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Our body frostings are handcrafted using nourishing butters and oils. Because of this, they may soften or melt during transit, especially during the warmer months or when traveling to hotter climates.

At Spilmlk, we do our best to package each order in a way that helps minimize melting, but we cannot guarantee that melting will not occur. Factors such as outside temperatures, transit time, and your location all play a role.

If your product arrives melted or softened, rest assured that its quality, benefits, and performance are not affected. The only difference is the texture. You may use the product as it arrives or allow it to cool and solidify before use.
